Aggregation of cell units. I was interested in creating a pixellization effect with the smallest units which is the 'cell'. Seems slightly incoherent and messy at the moment...
I think it is interesting how your aggregate is denser in some areas than others. I think it is also interesting to see that while you designed the unit as a space that works in plan, as they aggregate into a tower form, the sectional relationship between the units is as equally and in times more important. At the moment, I think your unit (as an architectural element) is under designed. The difference between rec. and ag. space can’t just be a difference of color. Thinking of your units more as architectural elements that connect both in plan and section may help as you develop your project. I also would think of the day space as something that is left between the cells as they aggregate rather than making it an element that connects the cells.
